Clawdaunt ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our approach to data and privacy when you use the Clawdaunt desktop application, mobile application, and website (collectively, the "Service"). The short version: we do not collect any user data.

2. No Data Collection

Clawdaunt is designed with a zero data collection architecture. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any user data whatsoever. Specifically:

• No sign-up required. There are no accounts, no email collection, and no registration of any kind.
• No server-side storage. All your data — including conversations, API keys, settings, and preferences — lives entirely on your device.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use cookies, analytics services, or any form of usage tracking.
• No telemetry. We do not collect crash reports, device information, or performance diagnostics.

3. How Clawdaunt Works

Clawdaunt connects your desktop and mobile devices through a Cloudflare Tunnel — a direct, encrypted connection between your own devices. Your data flows directly between your devices without passing through any Clawdaunt servers. We have no ability to see, intercept, or store any of your data.

Your AI provider API keys are stored locally on your device and are used to communicate directly with the AI providers you choose (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). These keys never leave your device and are never transmitted to us.

4. Third-Party Services

When you use Clawdaunt, your device communicates directly with the third-party AI providers you configure (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Clawdaunt has no visibility into these interactions.

The Cloudflare Tunnel infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs their infrastructure services. The tunnel is used solely to connect your own devices — no user data is stored by Cloudflare on our behalf.

5. Data Security

Because all data remains on your devices, you are in full control of your data security. The Cloudflare Tunnel connection between your devices is encrypted end-to-end. We recommend keeping your devices and operating systems up to date to maintain security.

6. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data from any users, we do not collect data from children. The Service does not require any personal information to use.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
